CASE IN POINT

If you look at the drawing above, this is a typical balustrade or decorative building panel. It has over 2000 holes to be produced which require extensive head movement and piercing time. Running it through the automated programming system the total processing time was calculated at 83.22 minutes. Taking up the challenge our Laser Experts using years of Laser Processing experience and the old canny “Special Gas Nozzle” taken from the Tool box, reduced this time. As this was a repeat contract, we passed the savings onto our Customer. This resulted into a £120 discount off his next order.
