Recently, one of our major clients approached us to produce 57 sets (1000's of ) laser-cut letter signage using 5mm acrylic with a 3M adhesive backing, designed for easy wall mounting.

Material Selection and Sample Approval

Our first step was to collaborate with Perspex Distribution to select the perfect shade of white for the project. After considering various options, we chose 22 T141 Moonlight White, which was delivered on time by Perspex Distribution. Within just 2–3 days, we supplied the client with samples, which they collected and immediately took to site for approval.

Simplifying the Process for Installers

While receiving and processing the order was straightforward, we knew that proper planning around placement and packaging was essential to avoid potential headaches for the fitters. We went the extra mile to ensure the job remained simple, not just for us but for the installation team as well.

We optimized the yield of parts per sheet while ensuring that the fitters could easily access each letter, without wasting time searching through thousands of pieces. This not only sped up the installation process but also kept costs down for the client.
