For Cutting
We prefer clean 1:1 scale DXF or DWG files as we can usually import these in with very little issues, but we can also use CDR (Coral Draw) Ai (adobe Illustrator) and a good old fashioned dimensioned sketch.
For Engraving
We can use PDFs, CDR (Coral draw), Ai (Adobe Illustrator) but please consider the quality of detail can be determined by the quality of artwork so high resolution 300-600 DPI tend to produce better results.

Yes, we aim to have the best quality Laser cut edge in the UK. However, on certain materials like stainless and aluminium’s our customer sometimes require that little bit extra.

At Cut-Tec, we are committed to ensuring that our materials are stored in a manner that allows for easy access and organization. We use a variety of storage solutions, including shelving units, bins, and racks, to keep our materials separated and organized. Additionally, we have implemented a computerized inventory system to help us track and manage our materials.
One of the key benefits of our material storage process is that it allows us to quickly and easily locate the materials we need for a given project. This is especially important when we are working on tight deadlines and need to have materials readily available to keep the laser cutting process moving smoothly.
In addition to making it easy for us to access materials, we also take steps to protect our materials from damage or contamination. For example, we use protective coverings to shield materials from dust and debris, and we store them in a climate-controlled environment to prevent exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity. By taking these precautions, we are able to maintain the quality and integrity of our materials, which in turn allows us to deliver the highest quality laser cutting services to our clients.
Corten weathering Steel
 The Weathering Process:
When Corten steel is exposed to the elements, it undergoes a natural weathering process that transforms its appearance. Initially, the steel surface exhibits a smooth, dark grey hue. Over time, as it interacts with the environment, a protective layer called the patina begins to form.
